In Újbuda, at a suburban location close to the city center, on the corner of Andor and Pajkos streets, the development of the 141-apartment Andor Liget has commenced. The residential park will consist of six modern, five-story buildings with green roofs, loosely surrounding a private park of over 3000 m². Externally, the project will also feature much-needed retail and hospitality spaces, as well as a community area and playground open to the public, created by DVM.

Accordingly, the Andor Liget apartments have an A++ energy rating, making them nearly zero-energy homes, resulting in barely measurable utility costs. Currently, less than 0.5 percent of certified properties in Hungary achieve this category.
